At PlayBaliGolf.com, we are committed to providing our clients with a seamless and user-friendly payment experience. Here’s a detailed overview of our payment, cancellation, and refund policies:

Invoice

Upon receiving your booking confirmation and necessary details, PlayBaliGolf will promptly dispatch a Proforma Invoice to your email address. This invoice will outline the Payment Due Date, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policies. Once we receive your payment, the invoice status will be updated as “Paid,” and a receipt will be generated.

Invoice Currency:

Please note that the currency on your invoice may differ from the Quoted Currency. While the Quoted Currency is contingent on your chosen ‘Destination,’ the Invoice Currency may be adjusted based on your ‘Client’s Origin.’ In such cases, the currency conversion will be executed at the prevailing Market Conversion Rate on the date of the invoice.

Payment Terms

The Proforma Invoice will clearly specify the payment terms and cancellation policy. It is imperative that payment or payment proof reaches us by the deadline indicated in the invoice. Failure to meet this deadline will result in an automatic release of your bookings. By making a payment, you acknowledge your acceptance of all terms stipulated in the proforma invoice.

Payment Process:

Upon confirmation of your booking and itinerary, PlayBaliGolf will furnish you with the proforma invoice, presenting various payment options. Each option will be detailed for your convenience, and you can select the one that suits you best.

Payment Options:

  1. Online Payment via Credit Card: For swift and hassle-free transactions, you can choose to pay via credit card. All credit card payments will be processed in IDR at the current market exchange rate. You’ll find a payment link in the invoice, allowing you to input your card details and proceed with the payment. Please bear in mind that this method incurs a 3.5% credit card surcharge by the payment gateway, which serves as a processing fee.
  2. Bank Transfer: If you prefer bank transfers, you can make payments using the bank account details provided in the Proforma Invoice. After the transfer, kindly send an email to contact@playbaligolf.com with the transaction particulars and the invoice number. A payment receipt will be dispatched by the next working day upon receipt. Ensure that the total payable amount reaches PlayBaliGolf without any deductions, including bank transfer charges, which should be covered by the payer.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@playbaligolf.com. The processing of cancellation requests aligns with the cancellation policy outlined in the proforma invoice. If your bookings are eligible for cancellation according to the policy, our travel consultant will assess and inform you of the processing timeframe and the anticipated refund amount. Upon your approval, we will proceed with the cancellation request.

Refunds:

If the cancellation policy entitles you to a refund, please note that it will be subject to transfer charges, currency conversion fees, and any other relevant costs incurred during the refund process. Additionally, a cancellation fee of IDR 100,000 per person will be applied. We are committed to facilitating a transparent and efficient refund process for our valued clients
