Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation must be received 3 days prior to play to avoid cancellation fees.
- Any cancellations received one day prior to play will be charged 50% of the total golf rate.
- Any cancellation received on the same day or no show will be charged 100%.
- Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to the date of the event will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 1 week prior to the date of the event will be charged 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 2 days prior to the date of the event will be charged 100%.
Rain Check Policy:
In case of inclement weather, Handara Golf & Resort Bali reserves the right to suspend play. Golfers who voluntarily stop playing during a round will not be eligible for a rain check voucher. However, if the course is closed due to weather conditions, the following policy will apply:
- Rain check vouchers are only available to 18-hole players who have paid but played less than 9 holes, and the voucher is valid for 6 months from the issuing date.
- The rain check voucher provides a discount of IDR 200K green fee for the next round.
- Please note that all paid golf fees are non-refundable.
