- Any cancellation must be received 3 days prior to play to avoid cancellation fees.
- Any cancellations received one day prior to play will be charged 50% of the total golf rate.
- Any cancellation received on the same day or no show will be charged 100%.
Group Player (13 pax onwards):
- Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to the date of the event will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 1 week prior to the date of the event will be charged 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 2 days prior to the date of the event will be charged 100%.
