Cancellation and Rain Check Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel after payment has been made, you will be charged 25% of the confirmed rate per person.
- If you cancel less than two days before your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 50% of the confirmed rate per person.
- And if you don’t show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full confirmed rate of 100% per person.
**We recognize that unforeseen events sometimes occur, and we will try our best to work with you in a fair and reasonable manner. If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If Bali National Golf Club has to close the course due to severe weather after you’ve begun your game, we’ll offer a rain check voucher based on the guidelines below:
- If you’ve played less than four holes, we’ll issue an 18-hole rain check voucher.
- If you’ve played between five and twelve holes, we’ll issue a 9-hole rain check voucher.
- However, if you choose to stop playing due to the weather, and the course hasn’t been officially closed by management, we won’t be able to issue a rain check voucher.
